Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Cancellation for Subscription Products
Subscription-based products may be eligible for cancellation only before the renewal date (for annual subscriptions). Please contact our customer support team at support@profilero.in for more instructions.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in their original condition and unused.
Customised or personalised subscription items may not be eligible for returns.
3. Refunds for Subscription Products
For subscription products, refunds will be prorated based on the number of subscription months remaining. We will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
