Returns and Refunds Policy

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition and unused.

  • Customised or personalised subscription items may not be eligible for returns.

3. Refunds for Subscription Products

  • For subscription products, refunds will be prorated based on the number of subscription months remaining. We will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Return Shipping
